From 25th to 29th October 2023 “Rinascimento Industriale” will take you to Calabria and Basilicata to discover seven historic companies.
It will be a unique opportunity to visit companies in their places of production, have dedicated immersive experiences, learn about their history and their craftsmanship.
The trip is open to everyone subject to availability.

The fee includes

Companies we will visit
Callipo has been producing tuna and other fish products since 1913. The first company was founded in Pizzo Calabro by Giacinto Callipo to can the prized Mediterranean Tuna.
Founded by Saverio Rubbettino in 1973 in Soveria Mannelli, Rubbettino is an Italian publishing house mainly oriented towards essay writing. Rubbettino is the editor of “Lune Elettriche”, the magazine edited by the Industrial Renaissance and dedicated to Italian business culture.
Lanificio Leo, founded in 1873, is the oldest textile factory in Calabria. It features historic machinery from 1890 to 1965.
In 1953 in a small cellar in Cirò Marina, the Librandi family began to bottle wine from grapes grown on small plots of land in the Cirò Doc. Today Librandi is a winery that has reached the third generation of producers.
In 2001, the Amarelli Liquorice Museum was inaugurated in Rossano. Amarelli is a family business that has been active in Calabria since 1731. The museum exhibits the tools used in the processing, marketing and extraction of the root from which licorice is obtained.
Calia Italia – founded in Matera in 1965 – designs, manufactures and exports sofas and armchairs all over the world, a synthesis of style and comfort.
Amaro Lucano is a bittersweet herbal liqueur produced in Pisticci by the Vena family since 1894. Essenza Lucano, the Vena family’s business museum, was founded in the place where Amaro Lucano was born.
